Who Are We?
Our mission is to build endurance athletes that are strong, efficient and stay injury free. We achieve this through functional movement assessments, structured strength training and injury prevention education.
My name is Lee and I love fitness (as well as Mark Wahlberg, a classic 80s film montage and all things outdoors). I've completed ultra marathons such as Marathon des Sables and The Spine Challenger. I've also competed in the CrossFit Games Regionals in South Korea, represented the British Army at triathlon and the 3000m steeplechase. As a qualified run coach and strength and conditioning coach, I bring my knowledge and race experience to build stronger, faster and more resilient runners and endurance athletes.
My partner Jayne is equally Intrepid. Having completed a Channel swim, a triple ironman, becoming female RAF Ironman champion and completing multi day ultras including the Spine Challenger. As someone who didn't find the love of exercise until her early 30s, she understands how difficult signing up to challenges can be. Her passion for the outdoors has lead her to become a Kayak Instructor and she's currently training to become a Mountain Leader, facets which compliment our holistic approach to performance and mindset.
